The service
PlushieCare, made by EOI Digital, is a self-care companion: you set small goals, check in with your mood, write reflections, breathe and look after a plushie. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
Adults only
You must be 18 or older to use PlushieCare.
Not therapy, not medical advice
PlushieCare is not therapy and does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are struggling, please reach out to a health professional or someone you trust. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services. The app's "Need support?" sheet lists crisis lines for your region.
Your account
You sign in with your email and a password. Keep your password to yourself, and keep access to your email secure, since password reset links are sent there. You can delete your account at any time.
Your content
Your goals, moods and reflections belong to you. We only use them to run the app for you, as the privacy policy describes.
Be kind
PlushieCare is a gentle place, and friends are part of it. Your friends see your name and your plushie's nickname, and anyone with your invite sees the first word of your name, so please choose them kindly. These are not allowed:
- Names or nicknames that are hateful, sexual, harassing or threatening, or that pretend to be someone else.
- Abuse of other players: bullying, harassment, threats, spam, or using PlushieCare to pressure or trick anyone.
To report someone, open their page from Friends, tap "Remove, block or report", then Report. Reporting also blocks them, and they are not told. You can also write to us at support@plushiecare.com.
We review every report. There is zero tolerance for names or behaviour that break these rules: we remove the name, and we suspend or remove the account.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the service: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people's data, or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Virtual items
Sparkles, Stars, plushies, souvenirs and badges are part of the game. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
Apple devices
If you use PlushieCare on an Apple device, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep PlushieCare running, but it is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable. We may update the app and these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, EOI Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
